- Account: mobile number, name, profile photo, blood group (if provided), roles (driver, motor owner, provider).
- KYC / documents: Aadhaar and vehicle documents where you choose to upload or verify them for membership features.
- Location: approximate or precise location when you enable it for SOS, nearby help, or driving mode.
- Payments: plan, amount, status, and gateway references (we do not store full card numbers).
- Device & usage: app version, crash/diagnostic data, and notification tokens for alerts.
- Communications: OTP SMS delivery logs, support messages, and in-app complaints.
3. How we use information
- Create and secure your account (OTP login)
- Provide membership, digital ID, SOS, and related features
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Send transactional alerts (SOS, membership, security)
- Comply with legal and tax obligations
- Improve safety, reliability, and support
4. Sharing
We may share data with:
- Payment gateways and SMS providers under contract
- Nearby responders when you trigger SOS (limited preview until they accept, then contact/location as designed)
- Authorities when required by law
- Service vendors who process data only on our instructions

5. Retention
We retain account and membership records as needed for the relationship and legal retention (including GST and dispute periods). You may request deletion subject to lawful retention and safety needs.

- Revoke location permission in device settings (some features will stop working)
- Request correction of profile data via support
- Opt out of non-essential notifications where the app allows

Services are not directed to children under 18.
